New poster for Wine Hunter Documentary

We have a new cover for our film and we are excited to share it with all of you!

What?! You don’t know what Wine Hunter film is? Let me tell you all about it:

Wine Hunter is a documentary film following Russ Lorber’s journey from Corporate America to becoming an Italian Wine Importer, all that during the pandemic, with the challenges and opportunities it brought up.

During the film we learn all about the business of wine importing, from experts such as Deborah Gray, the author of the book: “How to import wine, an insider’s guide” and Antonino Laspina, the Italian Trade Commissioner in the US.

We get all excited as we watch Russ going through the Vinitaly Academy exam to become an Italian Wine Ambassador and we learn what it takes to become one, from Stevie Kim, the founder of Vinitaly Academy and Henry Davar one of the educators of the program.

We follow Russ as he travels to Italy to meet his wine producers for the first time and we learn all about the Italian grape varieties, as well as the history of the family wineries he represents.

We see all the behind the scenes of the everyday life of a wine importer and follow Russ in the most uncomfortable moments of wine selling. It takes guts to sell wine in a competitive market, it’s not for everybody…

Wine Hunter is a film about Italian wine, the business of wine importing and the quest for happiness in following ones dreams, despite the fear of failure.

It will make you feel that maybe it’s time to find the courage and take that first step towards your goals and dreams.
